My Stunning Progress Just After 1 round of FB Low Impact!

Ok! I can know swear on Fitnessblender and all the tips which Kelli and Daniel deliver to us just for being healthy and not being a super sexy model!!!! :\ After having a mastectomy surgery last year and taking Tamoxifen for almost 1 year I can feel better now! :)

I have learned many things from you guys and this is my progress just after one round of FB Low Impact program :)...Thank you Guys for make me proud of myself :) Love You from Iran

Before:

1 Mile Run Time: 21 minutes almost all the time I was just on slow walking

Full Push Ups: 0

Half Push Ups: 7 but not so good!

Squat with Weight Used (if any): 20 with 750 grams Dumbbells

Static Plank Time: half (36 seconds)

Sit and Reach Measurement: -13 cm

After:

One Mile Run Time: 15 minutes with 6 minutes running

Full Push Ups: 0

Half Push Ups: 14 with a very good posture

Squats and Weight Used (if any): 20 with 3 kilo Dumbbells

Static Plank Time: half (14 seconds) full (29 seconds)

Sit and Reach Measurement: full reach
