Both are great reads, especially the second one.
This first one is from a woman who lost a significant amount of weight and became the "ideal" size, yet is mentally struggling just as much as before.
The second is from a man who weighs 460lbs and talks about the reality of life as a severely obese person, and how real the struggle is with weight loss. He talks about our modern lifestyle, marketing, and consumerism as the "opponent" that is fighting against us every day without us realizing. It made me think about those women's health magazines that say "Lose 10 lbs by Friday!" and also features the picture of a decadent cake on the cover.
