Improved shoulder mobility

So I have been working on this for three years with yoga alone. However I feel with adding in Fitness Blender workouts I have made my greatest improvement with my shoulders!!! I was amazed this morning! I started fitness blender over the summer and surprisingly I really love them and their programs. I can't wait to see what other achievements I make on my journey! I'm hoping for wider seated wide legged forward folds. Thank you so much Kelly and Dan for being of the most amazing positive changes for my journey to a healthy lifestyle. Namaste
