110%: First workout of 2018!



I was feeling Über sluggish this morning. Which, was disappointing since I really wanted to feel pumped for my first workout of the year, having ended the year so well. For about an hour I piddled around waiting for motivation to come a-knockin’. It didn’t. So, I said “hmmm, gonna be one of these days. Welp, ya gotta get her done, anyway.” Got dressed, got my equipment together and started in.

Endorphins kicked in during calf cardio session (only 6 minutes!) and took off like rocket from there. Like I’ve seen SO many of you Blenders say, sometimes the hardest part is starting and if you can just GET ON THE MAT, you’re good.
