I have a couple questions with regard to the FB meal plan I purchased. Can anyone help?
1. Are meat portions weighed before or after cooking?
2. Are breakfast, lunch and dinner options interchangable (like same calorie content)? Or do they have to stay in the day they are listed because the days are each made up of 2000 calories? I hope that question makes sense!
3. What are people's go to substitute for avacado? I just can't do it!!!
