Collagen?

I’m wandering if there is any real benefit to taking collagen? Obviously, if you google it, your blasted with how beneficial it is, but is there any truth to these claims?? I trust the Fitness Blender community more than google! 😂 I’m always striving to stay fit and healthy, but it’s tough to try and find out what’s really beneficial or what’s just a fad or hoax!
