Just wondering if anyone has tried the 16:8 approach to eating? where you eat healthy balanced foods during an 8 hour window and than fast for the remaining 16 hours.
Whilst I do want (and need) to loose some weight my primary interest in this is that I have seen some research saying it is effective in reducing BP, good for blood sugar control etc. I never eat breakfast, I know many people say that;s bad but it just doesn't work for me I normally eat something (healthy!) at about 11 am. So I don't think this 'style' would be hard for me to adopt, but looking to see if others have tried it and/ or what you might think of it?
Any thoughts appreciated, good day to all!
