Taking mindful rest day today

This year I've decided to be more kind to myself and acknowledge the symptoms that come with my Sjogrens Syndrome. I've had a very active week already, earning 2 work out completes and having a full day of running errands with my husband yesterday. Today I am supposed to do a HITT and core video, but I've decided to take a mid-week break and focus on prepping for the semester to start and getting some projects done around the house. Accepting the limitations that come along with Sjogrens is very hard for me, but I'm hoping that being kind and mindful of my body will help me actually complete more workouts. I hope everyone has a great day today and remember to let yourself take breaks and not feel guilty about it!
