Tuesday Cameo: Interval Burnout Routine inspired by Kelli

There are two things I'm excited to share today: 1) my customized interval routine; 2) my new activation method.

I based this routine on the last workout of FB BootyR2 because I found the interval style not only effective, but I enjoyed how it targeted different areas with a variety of workout styles: pilates, strength, cardio, etc.

One of the most important things to me is activating my muscles, especially certain smaller or prone-to-neglect muscles. So, the first move in all 4 groups is activation, which also doubles as the burnout move.

I did one round of this and I was DEAD and soaked.
