Coming into 2019, it was my goal to finally found a type of working out that I really enjoy- that I get excited for. I think I finally did just that! Woohoo!
I find it inspiring and interesting to see how other people enjoy working out. So, how do you like to work out/and or how do you plan to work out for 2019?
Personally for me, I find that 20-30 minutes of strength training and 15-20 minutes of yoga paired with 10,000 steps a day is the perfect combo for me 💪🏻 Hoping to continue it throughout the year!
