Help with mini goal weight loss

Hey FBFam,

I am 5'5 at 204. I have lost about 30 pounds over 1 year with on-off diet and FB routines. But I am feeling more motivated now to lose my remaining 50lbs. Having mini weight loss goals works for me, to keep my motivation going.

I am thinking of starting a 8 week FB program to lose 20lbs until Feb end. Any suggestions or advice for nutrition or workout to help me with my goal?
