Happy New Year!

I just started FB 30 - Round One. I'm posting the results of my PFT to hold myself accountable:

9 min 5 sec mile (from my last recorded run because there was a wind chill advisory today!)

18 full pushups

60 squats (with thighs parallel to floor)

1 minute 30 second plank

Negative four inch reach

Looking forward to improving on all of these areas at the end of February. Happy New Year to you all!
