Getting fit again after being sick

Hey fellow blenders! I hope your 2019 is off to a better start than mine... I've been sick with the flu for the last 2 weeks and am only just now beginning to function again. I rarely get sick! It's a big bummer because I felt like I was in a really good groove with my strength workouts, and now I feel like I have to start all over again. All I've managed to do the last few days is walk the dog and I get winded just going up stairs, so I'm clearly not 100% healthy yet. Anyway, what are your tips or favorite beginner workouts for getting fit again after being sick? Thanks, all, and stay healthy!
