Even the good... No reason for guilt

Hey everyone 🤗,

I am a constant follower of Kelli and Daniel and yes I'm obsessed.

I just wanted whoever feels any guilt for not being on track to know that there is no reason to feel that way.

The fact is that even good things that aren't due to laziness or struggle can get in the way of your accomplishments/workouts.

I just started a new job two weeks ago and had to figure my schedule all over again. It took two weeks of an upside down home and self to figure it out.

I'm writing this because I just noticed this fact.

I am the guilt filled type of person I always think and thought I could do better "could have should have" type of thoughts

Thank g-d I'm doing better at that.

So if you're like me take a breath and believe that you are ok and the future is great the most important thing is to do your best from now on (or From the moment you can allow yourself). All you need to do is keep on trying as long as you're trying you're doing.
