Goals from 2018/ for 2019

Hey guys!

I was just wondering what kind of goals you had last year, which ones you have achieved, how you have celebrated those and what kind of goals you have set for yourself this year?

My goal for last year was that I start eating more mindfully and healthy and getting more activity in my day to day life - which I have, I am happy to say, achieved!

My goals for this year are:

1.) Be able to run 5 km without stopping

2.) Be able to do 5 full push ups in one set

3.) Continue practicing the healthy habits I have acquired and continue to educate myself on the topics of physical movement und nutrition!
