As in yesterday's post, I haven't shared anything for some time but have been keeping up with the FB community. As of late last week though, I've started up again with exercise, albeit very, very slowly.
I won't be posting regularly but will keep in touch (if for no other reason than to get some encouragement to keep going!).
You'll notice that I've changed my profile pic too: Jesse from the Toy Story movie. She's been a favourite of mine since I first saw her, and her gusto and enthusiasm reflect how I feel when I get my #workoutcomplete, especially now. Yeehaw!!
