Working Out with Plantar Fascitis

Hi all! I've developed a nasty case of plantar fascitis in my left foot, but I hate the idea of missing my workouts. A lot of online articles say lower body weight workouts are fine, but they always give examples that require gym equipment, with nary a squat or deadlift mentioned. Has anyone worked out with FB workouts while dealing with plantar fascitis? How did you make it work while not exacerbating the pf? (I am doing the recommended stretches for pf otherwise, just looking for more general workout info.) Thanks for any advice!
