I finished Flex the day after christmas and loved it so much I decided to repeat it again with a friend who was just starting it. Day 3 workout complete!
My furry trainer joined me for stretching today! It's like he smells when I stretch and do stuff on my mat. He likes to come around and "help" me - most of the time I have to be careful not to kick him or stay in the bridge because he decides the spot right under my butt is the best place to sit at the moment. Today I managed to take a quick selfie right before he decided to bite my face off :D (Luckily, he didn't succeed :D)
