FB Low Impact D1 – Hello 2019!

I’ve got this quirk of being (possibly) the most physically unfit person who’s otherwise healthy—no health condition, no injury, not even visibly overweight (58kg at 155cm), just horrible at running, strength training, competitive sports... any kind of exercise. I used to use this as an excuse to avoid exercise, but going into my 30s I’m trying to change this. Hence: FB Low Impact program!

I completed it last year (over nearly 3 months), but then fell off the wagon for a long time. Here’s to a fresh start. Happy New Year, FitnessBlender family! 🎉
