Substitues

So...am I the only one that subs in some of my favorites when I see ones I just don't "want" to do? I justify it that I like to w/o and when I see too many (usually 40-50 seconds or 4 rounds back to back) of jump squats or star jumps I usually sub in one of my favorites that target the same muscles/cardio. Maybe I need to just do what's scheduled and know it's good for me. What are your thoughts? Note, it's not due to injury...it's more laziness haha!
