And man I loved it! I added in a diced jalapeno (no seeds so not too spicy) and diced red bell pepper since I didn't have any corn. These are super simple to put together and taste really good! Plus, only 155 calories each! I ended up with 5 patties somehow, I think 4 would make for some massive patties.
I attached a before and after photo. They held together very well, not messy to eat at all. I will definitely make these again in the future- great for meal prepping!
