I am a procrastinator

HI!

I need motivation, basically every single time I start the FB program I get two weeks in and I fizzle out only to try again a month or two later with the same result. The issue is I make excuses and always find something else "more important" to do! Any tips and tricks on ensuring my hardwired brain misfires this time and does something completely out of character and ACTUALLY does what it SHOULD be doing and work the **** out routinely? TIA! :)
