Derailed by stomach bug and the holidays

Holy moly. It has been a crazy two weeks. I started the holidays with good intentions and motivation to work out but totally got sidelined by travel and a stomach bug running through my family. Barely felt like a human being the past two weeks and only managed to squeak out a few workouts between running across the state for holidays, being super mom to my sick son and husband, and finally falling ill myself. I actually had time/energy today to do some much needed errands and plan on working out after my son goes to bed tonight. Not exactly how I wanted to start 2019 BUT I'm not going to dwell on it. Moving on to my fitness goals and gearing up for my second semester of grad school! Happy New Year Everyone!
