I decree this month as Bodyweight January

Hello crew!

It's been a long time again... I decided to nominate this month entirely for bodyweight workouts so I'm not making the same mistake for the umpteenth time - I'm NOT going back to my heaviest weights after three months of zero strength training! 🙄😁 This time I've learned something. I don't want to be debilitated for a week after a single workout that breaks me.

And I was humbled... Again. FB Bodyweight is scheduled for Monday. Today I did the above combo and it was just perfect to start with.

("Strong February" in the horizon..? 😎)
