No refined sugar?

Hey guys!

I was just wondering what your nutrition looked like?

Do y’all eat ONLY plant based foods or do you regularly allow yourself to have a piece of candy/ chocolate/ something that is processed and contains refined sugar?

I know I managed to eat only plant based and whole foods for a few weeks but then I gradually started to allow myself to have a piece of chocolate on some days, a piece of cake on others and sometimes something sweet like gummybears and though I know that a little bit of these things will not necessarily set me back or make me entirely unhealthy, I guess I still struggle with the “all or nothing” approach and am still learning to be okay with the “eating everything in moderation”’mindset...

What are your thoughts on this topic?
