Happy New Year Blenders!

How about that? A New Year!

We're officially writing and saying 2019! That'll probably be the hardest thing I have to change lol.

So, I'm geared up with my fitness goals. I've learned through experience and from the most awesome coaches, to set attainable goals. To think of things I can accomplish in short time, to keep me excited + proud and think of things for further down the road, that require extended time to master.

Now roll with me as I put these into writing.

1. Track my goals ☺ Cause what's the sense in making them if your not really gonna keep up with them.-long haul

2. Improve my sit and reach. I lost 5 inches during my set back. -short haul

3. Get my foot back up during Pigeon pose.-long haul

4. Heals down, hands flat during down dog-short haul

5. Bring the weights back-short haul

6. Strengthen my core. Bring that plank time up-long haul

7. Lucky 7- Run! I used to have a love hate for running. Once it was taking away from me, I craved it. I miss the push and freedom. I may never run another marathon but I'm goaled up for a 5k-long haul.

And there you have it. My fitness goals! Most of my goals are flexibility and may be attained during the short haul but can always be improved. I know there's no quick fix. Just time, discipline and routine.
