Update on my workout goals

So I started this year with the goal of completing 250 workouts this year. That accounted for taking 2 days off with 5 days of workouts every week, with an added 10 days to use for illness, travel, etc.

What I didn't realize was that in August I would be moving from TN, USA to Vancouver, Canada. That really took a lot of time and effort, and unfortunately I didn't quite make my goal.

But I completed 92.5% of my goal, which is pretty freakin awesome even still. 231 work out completes for this year. I'm hoping to do better next year, but I feel awesome and I just completed my last WC for the year.

I'd like to say a big thank you to fitnessblender for having so many awesome workouts, programs, and a great community. Have a happy and safe New Year everyone!
