A break?

Hey guys, hope you all have been enjoying the holidays! Recently, my mindset around exercise has been shifting and it's becoming more and more difficult for me to find the will to exercise.

Little background, I've been working out with FB programs for a year now (FB Bodyweight, FB Burn, FB Burn Round 2, FB 30, Fb sweat, FB bored easily etc). However, for this entire year I haven't taken a break from working out for more than three days (and those days usually included light exercise like dance, walking, football etc).

At the moment, I feel my body is not exhausted, but my mind is. I fear a negative relationship with exercise and am considering whether or not a full week off from exercise would help clear my mind or help develop more positive emotions surrounding my workouts.

Any advice would be very helpful!
