Since many people are posting their Decembers, I thought I would too! I am doing FB flex and FB booty together along with some occasional spinning right now. I finish the programs in a week or so. I noticed I have a lot more energy, and I can do additional 15-20 min workouts after flex/booty. I also have been increasing my weights slowly! Hopefully, January will be just as productive, I think I am going to combine FB adventure and FB booty rd 2 together to start off my 2019!
