Falling off the wagon and struggling to stay on

The past month I've struggled to keep up with my work outs due to finishing my classes, hours at work, stress, changes and the holidays. Recently I've made countless tries to get back but i keep falling off. I love working out, it's just hard to keep at it when life gets in the way. It doesn't make it easier when there's days when im a tired potato lol i get hard on myself when i dont show up. any advice or words of wisdom would be great. Much love to the community ❤

Also i forgot to add about my diet. My diet is decent, but it definitely improve more. Im just struggling to make time to plan what to eat or make.
