It was still quite dark when we started with Roamblender this morning, but as time went on it got lighter. But the sun didn’t rise till after I got home. Soon though, we will be out there to witness the sunrise again! I love that time in the mornings.
We did lots of leg work, some taken from the ski conditioning workout again: lateral hops, lunge plus torso twist, 1,2,3 jump squats as well as 3 point squats. Abs got a good workout as well.... I will be skiing in a little while, so all this is hopefully preparing me enough for it.
