Progress! Motivation! :D

Just finished my first post-Christmas-workout and - as to be expected - those three rather unhealthy days were not noticeable at all. I did 40 minutes cardio, which were actually the first FB workout I did more than four years ago (and 18 kilos heavier). Back in the days it completely killed me, while today it works fine as a recovery cardio routine. Sometimes it's really cool to come back to these old go-to-workouts, just to experience your progress.

A little superficial point, that is still kinda nice: Slowly but surely my abs are getting visible again! Just the top half at the moment, but I'm still pretty happy about it, since I haven't seen them the last 15 years :)
