Meal Plan Results?

Anyone get effective weight loss through the meal plans? I've hit a wall with my fitness. I'm 21 and I workout 5-6 days a week, running 2-4 miles a couples times a week and doing fitness blender workouts. I'm thinking that I should start a meal plan. I eat healthy but I probably am just not eating at the right time or the right proportions or macro nutrients. I'm a pescatarian.
