Trainers or bare foot?

Do you workout in trainers or barefoot/socks? I hardly ever wear trainers when working out but I’ve just recently been wondering if it actually makes a difference?

I know I once read or heard Kelli saying ideally you should wear trainers for cardio but anything else it doesn’t really matter. Does anyone else have any advice on this? It doesn’t bother me either way, I just want to be most comfortable when workout out 😊
