This program is just like our others in that it tells you exactly what workouts to do, every single day for eight weeks. It uses HIIT, strength training, cardio, Tabata, plyometrics, yoga, Pilates, and much more in order to help you make fast changes in your fitness and physique, safely. This program uses almost all new Fitness Blender workout videos & the only piece of equipment you'll need is a set of dumbbells.

The workouts are typically 40-50 minutes in length (with the exception of a couple of days that are a bit over an hour). The workouts are very intense, but are suitable for most fitness levels so long as the individual moves at their own pace & modifies exercises when necessary. The workouts start off challenging right away, but we do give beginner options & modifications for the first 2 weeks of the program, just in case you feel like you want to get a little stronger before you jump right in.
