This program is very low impact and is appropriate for beginners, however, it should be noted that it can be made as challenging as you need it to be; if you're in the situation where you want a no bounce, low impact program as well as a challenge, there are very simple modifications that you can do to make this program much harder.

Four weeks of this program coupled with a clean diet can lead to a weight loss of up to 6-12 pounds and a noticeable change in body composition and tone. Additionally, if you follow this plan it's very likely that your energy levels are going to be higher, your health & mood will improve and so will your endurance, flexibility, balance, and strength.

We've combined low impact cardio, strength training, Pilates, yoga, stretching, bodyweight functional strength training and more to create a program that will bring about results quickly. This is a detailed program that uses our workout videos (found here onsite or on our YouTube Channel) in a meticulously built program that tells you exactly what to do for workouts 5-6 days a week (the sixth day each week is always completely optional), for four weeks. The workouts are anywhere from 30-65 minutes each, but average roughly 45 minutes each day. The only equipment that you need for this program is a set of dumbbells, or any other kind of weight.
