Happy New Years FB Family! We hope that 2018 is your happiest, healthiest year yet, and we hope we can be here to help.

On another note, I just wanted to send a special thank you and nod to the members contributing to the new Fitness Blender Community forums, where I've seen so many people encouraging one another and helping each other out. We are really, really proud of this community; there are not many places on the web that are so overwhelmingly positive. Everyone is welcome and all you need to join in on the conversation is a (completely free) Fitness Blender account - which also allows you to save your favorite workouts and build your own workout programs via our online workout calendar. I digress..(squirrel!).
In other exciting news, a new 4 Week Program is launching this upcoming Sunday, January 7th. More details to come soon, but save the date! In the meantime, you can search all FB workout programs here. The cover photo for this blog post is actually a behind the scenes shot of us filming the promo for that new program. We're very excited to share all of it with you.
BTW - If you have NY resolutions, remember; the only thing that really matters is health. Not "having abs", not the shape of your butt, not the size of your biceps or what you weigh; HEALTH is what really matters. Workout and eat well for a strong, healthy body that allows you to live your life to the fullest; the rest is just noise.
