The brand new 8 Week Fat Loss Program for Busy People is now available!
This program is just like our others in that it tells you exactly what workouts to do, every single day for eight weeks. It uses HIIT, strength training, cardio, Tabata, plyometrics, yoga, Pilates, and much more in order to help you make fast changes in your fitness and physique, safely. The biggest difference is that this program features workouts that are 30 minutes or less - plus, this program uses almost all new Fitness Blender workout videos. The only piece of equipment you'll need is a set of dumbbells.
