We love a good smoothie in the morning. What better way to jump-start your day than with fresh fruits and vegetables? This impressively green smoothie is a tasty combination of healthy, good for you ingredients. Sliced cucumber provides a refreshing, hydrating element to this smoothie, a great ingredient to include when breaking your fast. Frozen pineapple chunks (you may also use fresh pineapple) add a little cooling tropical flavor. A ripe banana provides body and mind awakening nutrients as well as a little bit of natural sweetness. Our superfood star of this smoothie is the fresh baby spinach, adding vibrancy to the vitamin and mineral mix.

Hacking this Recipe: Depending on your sweetness level or dietary requirements (or how ripe the bananas), you may want to adjust the honey (or agave) in this recipe. Blend all the other ingredients together (cucumber, pineapple, banana, spinach, and milk), give it a taste, and adjust with honey as needed.
