The Dish 

We love the ease of overnight oats. The fastest breakfast option available, as long as you do not mind a little prep-ahead work. Our overnight oats are made by combining quick oats with low-fat Greek yogurt, low-fat milk, and a little bit of honey for the creamiest, dreamiest results. This version also uses thawed, frozen peaches. We layer the peaches with the overnight oat mixture 1) for infusing the oats with all that peachy flavor and 2) the juicy peaches (in conjunction with the creamy mix) help soften the oats, meaning less liquid is needed (and fewer ingredients) overall. Feel free to jazz up your overnight oats with any of your favorite toppings: granola, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, etc…
