Hi Kelli & Danniel,
First off thank you so much for putting out wonderful workout videos and blogs sharing best tips that benefit all of us.

I had my 2nd child 9 mths ago. I randomly came across Fitness blender youtube videos 4 mths back. Tried the workouts, really liked them, and felt I was seeing changes, so I bought the 8 week program. I am on my last week of the program now. When I started the program I had to loose 19.4 pounds of my baby weight. I have lost around 5 pounds. I am yet to loose 14.4 pounds :( I am happy I lost some pounds and I feel good some of my old pants are fitting me now. But I want to loose the remaining 14.4 pounds, especially in the belly area. What do you recommend I do after this 8 week program? Do I repeat it or try something else?

I so badly want to loose those 14.4 pounds. I watch my diet, I have been very disciplined in my workouts. In one month my Birthday is coming. Although I cannot expect to loose all 14 pounds, I wanted to see if I can loose at least close to half of my target weight. Can you please help me achieve my goal.

Love Fitness Blenders MANY workouts to follow. I tried to get some Favorites, but I enjoy checking out a new one each day. I actually work about 3 a morning before work and while at work do some standup workout routines I've learned from you while no ones watching! LOL A Great boost to get out of the office chair..... thanks for this site.

I would like to see group training counseling available. It would be worth the money because 4 weeks into the 8 week weight loss I gained muscle and changed my body, diet is meat veggies fruit gluten free carbs but my legs have gained an inch in size and I am a short woman. I have to eliminate all the weighted leg stuff and go to pliƩ style workouts to slim back down and I will stick with the rest of the program...but Imput in wayyyyyyy too much size eating no more than 1700 calories a day and in average 1400. Fat dropped 1%.
