My name is Sandy and Ive always been up and down with my weight. Before I met my husband I was in the best shape of my life and I told myself that I would never be overweight again........well life got a hold of me and two kids later and I was weighing the most I have ever had in my life at 210lbs.
I was depressed and literally had no energy. So, one day I woke up and decided that I need to better myself in order to be better for my children. I didn't have time to go to the gym so I went on YouTube and looked up HIIT workouts and Fitness Blender popped up.
The first one I saw was a 20 min one and I was like this should be easy. Well it kicked my ass in a good way! That was January 9, 2016 which is the picture on the left. There were days that were so hard and are still hard, but I told myself not to give up on me because I deserve a better and healthier life especially for my kids and husband.
Can't thank you guys enough for your workouts and it still doesn't get easy even after a year of doing it......that's why I LOVE your videos! I now weigh 155lbs which is the picture on the right. Thanks again!
