"Someone recently asked me if I thought finding Fitness Blender on YouTube is what changed everything for me and I honestly believe it did. I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do now. I've been doing their workouts for a year and a half and I have yet to get bored with them. I am down over 100 pounds and I feel so strong and healthy. Ive been watching her transformation for a long time now & we we're lucky enough to get to meet @wisegirlgetsfit in person last year at our LA meet up.
