     Since there are only 2 people behind everything that you see at Fitness Blender, it is impossible for us to write custom workout or nutrition plans for every individual. In order to be able to help as many people as we possibly can, we write detailed programs that walk you through the steps you need to take to reach your goals.

Fitness Blender’s 8 Week Fat Loss Program to Lose Weight & Tone Up Fast - This one is our favorite so far - and our viewer's favorite, too. Hundreds of people have seen success from following this program, from weight lost to energy boosted, endurance gained to blood pressure dropped, flexibility improved and strength increased. An individual following this plan can lose up to 16-24 lbs over the course of the 2 month program. The workouts are demanding, but can also be adjusted to meet the needs of individuals who are deconditioned or who haven't broken a sweat in a while. You can do all of these workouts in your own living room; minimal equipment is necessary for the workouts in this plan. If you want a structured, challenging, day by day plan of exactly when to do each specific workout video, this is the program for you.

8 Week Functional Strength Training Boot Camp - Our 8 Week Body Makeover Boot Camp is equally effective, with the biggest difference from our other programs being that this program is purely printable routines, instead of using our workout videos. This program is more ideal for the more experienced, self motivated exerciser who does not need a visual to maintain proper form throughout an exercise.

What workout program or nutrition plan will we write next?
     We are just getting started in terms of the programs that we plan to develop and publish. We are currently working on a new 2 month plan and we are also pulling together concepts for a nutrition book.
