Make your smoothie even healthier by using plain yogurt. It has much less sugar than flavored yogurt. It’s hard to even tell the difference between flavored and non in a smoothie, but if you really don’t like the taste of the plain yogurt, you can always add in a little natural vanilla flavoring and/or honey to sweeten it up a bit in a way that keeps it healthy.
