This fun and fruity salad is a great addition to your weekly menu. It's a filling and nutritious option for lunch or as a light dinnertime entree. A sweet, tart, and tangy vinaigrette acts as the dressing for this salad, as well as the primary seasoning for the boneless skinless chicken breast. Kale, sliced strawberries, fresh blueberries, slivered almonds, and crumbled feta make up the bulk of this salad with that nicely seasoned, baked, sliced chicken breast nestled on top. 

Hacking this Recipe 

Feel free to make the salad dressing a day or two ahead of time, or double the dressing recipe to have on hand (it is a really tasty vinaigrette). You can also marinate the chicken overnight for easier meal prepping.
