It’s finally here! The brand new, Round 2 8 Week Fat Loss Program uses all new workout videos in the same format as the first version of this popular eBook; a two month plan that uses a detailed breakdown of exactly which videos to do, day by day.

8 Week Fat Loss Round 2
*Each Round is a standalone program: they can be completed in any order

This program uses a wide range of training styles to whip you into shape fast; cardio, HIIT, strength training, circuit training, Pilates, plyometrics, flexibility, balance and agility training, core strengthening, and more all pull together to create a workout sequence that will likely leave you in the best shape of your life.

Each day’s workout plan is roughly 1 hour in length and is comprised of multiple Fitness Blender workout videos. There is almost no equipment required for these workouts - most only use bodyweight. The only equipment that you are going to need is a set of dumbbells, or any other kind of resistance (resistance bands, kettlebells, etc).

These workouts are very challenging, and the intensity starts off high from the very beginning, however, we have included beginner options in the first two weeks in order to make the program appropriate for a wider range of fitness levels.

The Round 2 8 Week Fat loss Program also has these features;
- Calorie Burn Estimations for each day’s workout
- Nutrition Bites; tips on how to eat clean and lean
- It’s True; motivating facts to keep you on the right track

People who have completed the first 8 Week Program have lost 16-24 lbs, had significant changes in body composition, increases in tone, and improved endurance, flexibility, and strength.

Is there any time of the day these workout should be done, eg before or after meals etc.
I am currently doing my workouts at around 4 - 5 pm and then having dinner not much longer after I have finished, is this going to affect my ability to lose weight or does it not make a difference when you do the workout?

Allo there.

I am getting ready to use your site and 8 week program. Well my wife and I are. The thing is I have been doing Mark Rippetoes Starting Strength for 4 weeks now. I did it for 4 months last year till I hurt my back at work. As a result of stopping I have got a bit of a "bellah".

I want to do some cardio work on my off days and maybe some on my lifting days (3 day split). I already have a VERY good diet and I take the needed amount of carbs and protein for my strength training.

The only problem is that my endurance and general stamina is shot to buggery. I really do not want to stay like this. What would you guys suggest?

Where on the site do you buy this program? I am a new Mom & my baby is 2 monh old. Will this workout be appropriate for me?

I just downloaded on Saturday, started Monday. I have to adjust as your workouts are longer- I have been doing HIIT at 15 minutes a pop, plus tennis and a run here or there and circuit weight training. I will need to get this in in the morning before work, which means 5:30am start time for workout! It is an investment in my health. I want to see some real results in this 8 weeks and so far, you guys are kicking my but. But I like the variety you provide, the clear videos that are easy to follow right along and the encouragement. I have not posted a before picture but will post my before and after measurements

Almost done week 2 and I love it. I feel so much better already and I love that you don't have to do the same workouts for 2 months (I had a huge problem with that in the other programs I've done). The change up definitely keeps you guessing and excited to find out how you're going to be left completely breathless. I tell everyone about you guys and recommend you to anyone I talk to (regardless of if they workout or not). I'm totally hooked and think you guys are just the cutest :) Thanks a million

I have just joined the 8 week round 2, however, do not have access to it from this site. I have to go to my e-mail. Am I doing something wrong? In addition, I do not see a response to the questions asked? I have not completed the Fitness test, because I do not have a chin up bar. I will clock 1.6 km to run in order to find my time for the mile, but would like an alternative to the chin ups, as others have requested as well. I have completed work outs 2-5 and am loving it. I feel great.

I found your vids a few days ago and already tried a couple. I'm really happy because only recently I had to quit going to the gym because of time issues and your vids are just like the classes I took there! I'm seriously considering buying your book, but I'm in Mexico so I'm not sure if my credit card will work? If so, the price would be the equivalent of dollars to pesos, or is there an extra charge? Please respond so I can buy it :) Thanks!

Would this program be okay for someone who doesn't need to lose much body fat? I'm 5'5" 110lbs but I'm more on the "skinny-fat" side. I want to become stronger and more toned without losing a lot of what little body fat I have.

Their description is for fat loss. It sounds like you just want to bulk up and tone (I don't mean bulk up like a dude lol). Strength training is the way to go for you - just make sure you're also eating a lot of healthy food. Muscle growth is hard work on your body and the energy needs to be replenished and your muscles need to be fed. Healthy carbs like sweet potatoes, fats like olive oil and organic peanut butter, and MAD PROTEIN.

Did a 20 minute fat-burn workout today. It's very similar to the routine I picked up from another site about 3 years ago. What I like about the video was the absence of obnoxious music. The trainer talking me through the exercises was perfect. I will definitely be back for more--excited about trying your huge menu of exercise options. :)

If you do not have the time to do the full hour of the workouts, is it still effective if I split them up?

lose120 Blender Account

1) Pls what's the difference between Rounds !-3? Do I need to do #1 before 2 & 3?
2) Does it matter if I split the 1-hr workout throughout the day...say 20mins morning, noon & evening? Will that reduce its effectiveness or how much weight I lose?
BTW: Thanks for the BEST fitness videos ever!!!
