I added mostly veggies and some fruits (apple to be specific) juices to my diet. Considering that I did not take anything away from my existing diet I was a bit concerned that I may end up gaining weight but I ended up losing. I think its tied to detox that is done by juices , which triggers body to get rid of surplus fat. I don't know the mechanics and I will wait for few months to see if it stays like that. It could be water weight too. Will continue with it.
