We love this before and after story because it is an awesome example of how little the numbers on the scale can mean; in the after picture, Jessica is actually 10 lbs heavier. Read her story below!



"I found your YouTube channel 2 years ago and tried some of your workouts... Unfortunately at the time I was too unfit to even complete 5 minutes, after I lost a couple pounds I bought round 1 of your 8 week fat loss program, and actually the before picture was my after picture from doing it... I was featured in your before and after videos on YouTube! But during round one I refused to use any weights because I was afraid of "looking huge" I then bought round 2-4, I'm currently on round 4 week 2, and I've started to lift heavy and I've noticed big changes!

2 Months ago I decided that fitness was my passion, I loved what you guys were doing and I wanted to do that too.. I'm currently finishing up my personal trainer diploma! And it's so refreshing being able to relate what they're teaching us with what you guys are showing to the world... I've tried other different fitness programs but after taking my program I realized they don't make any sense! Thank you for being so real! And you've honestly changed my life! I don't know where I'd be today without your guy's influence!"
