The 8 week program gives you a day-by-day breakdown of when to do each workout, as well as what days you should be doing cardio, and what days you should be letting your body recover.
All of the exercise are dynamic; by using multiple muscle groups simultaneously, you burn a higher number of calories and get the most toning benefit in the least amount of time.
Some of the exercises in this program use dumbbells or resistance bands. It helps to have access to any kind of cardio machine in order to complete Cardio Days and some of the high intensity interval training that some of the routines use.

Absolutely! I plan to report my progress here. I've done the fit test and will take my starting weight, measurements and , most importantly, body fat. I've finally gotten a good handle on my diet so no bad diet to interfere with results. You cant outtrain a bad diet!
